Which way of paying should I choose?
Both get you the same seats. Card checkout runs through Ticket Tailor and adds a small booking fee. Zelle has no booking fee: you send the payment, tell us with the form on this page and we email your e-ticket once we see it.
When do I get my ticket if I pay by Zelle or cash?
You get an email as soon as your order is recorded, then your e-ticket with your order code once we confirm the payment. Show that email or your order code at the door.
How do kid tickets work?
A kid add-on is $30 with any ticket, or $60 with an Elite Floor ticket. Kids sit with their parents in the same section. Add your kids in the Zelle form, or tell your seller.
Can I add kids when I pay by card?
The card checkout does not include the kid add-on yet. Pay for your kids by Zelle with the form on this page, or contact us and we will help.
What should I put in the Zelle note?
Your full name, email, phone, the ticket type with its price and how many kids you are bringing. The form on this page writes the note for you, so you only need to copy and paste it.
