Greg's Circle Program Terms

These Greg's Circle Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply to anyone who joins Greg's Circle, the ticket ambassador program for events produced by Music by Gregory David ("we," "us"). By applying, you agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and approval

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Every application is reviewed. We may approve, decline, pause or end any membership at our discretion, including for conduct that does not reflect the spirit of our events.
• One account per person. Your account, link and code are personal and may not be transferred.

Your role

You take part as an independent ambassador. You are not an employee, agent or partner of Music by Gregory David and may not make promises, sign agreements or collect money on our behalf except as these Program Terms allow for ticket sales.

How you may promote

• Share accurate information only: the date, venue, dress code and ticket details shown on our website.
• Do not send spam, buy ads using our name, pretend to be us, create look alike websites or social accounts, or use misleading claims.
• When you post about the event in exchange for any reward, make it clear you are part of Greg's Circle (for example "#GregsCircle ambassador"), as required by consumer protection rules.
• Respect people's privacy. Only share buyer details with us when the buyer agrees.

Ticket prices and online sales

Tickets must be sold at the official price we publish. You may not add fees, resell above face value or offer discounts we have not approved. Online sales are credited to you when the order is placed through your link or code, as shown in our records.

Cash sales

• You may accept cash for tickets at the official price and report each sale in your dashboard within 48 hours, with the buyer's name and number of tickets.
• You hold the cash on our behalf until you turn it in. Turn in all cash collected as instructed by our team, and no later than 7 days before the event.
• Tickets bought with cash are issued by our team after the sale is reported and the cash is received. A reported sale shows as approved once confirmed.
• Reporting a sale that did not happen, or failing to turn in cash collected, ends your membership and may be reported to the authorities.

Recognition and rewards

Any rewards, prizes or commissions for a season are set by us and shared with members in writing. They are earned only on approved, paid tickets that are not refunded. Unless a written offer says otherwise, nothing is owed for referrals, visits or signups. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive, and we may request tax information before paying rewards where the law requires it.

Refunds and cancellations

Ticket refunds follow our Ticket and Refund Policy. If a ticket you sold is refunded, it no longer counts toward your totals or rewards. If an event is cancelled, we handle refunds directly with buyers.

Your data

We use your application and account information to run the program as described in our Privacy Policy. You can close your account at any time by emailing info@musicbygregorydavid.com.

Changes and ending the program

We may update these Program Terms or end the program at any time. We will post the updated terms here and, for material changes, email active members. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
